Acupressure for Optimal Well-Being

Acupressure is an alternative medicine technique often used in conjunction with reflexology and kinesiology. It is based on the concept of life energy, which flows through meridians in the body.

In acupressure, muscular tension is released by applying pressure with hands (no needles needed) at specific acupoints to balance the flow of the physiological energy.

Accupressure can be used to help with a number of symptoms, including pain, nausea, vomiting, and trouble sleeping, as well as possibly benefiting mental health.
